You may know him as the founder of Kieran’s—or as the name behind 2 Gingers and Red Locks Irish Whiskey. Either way\, he brings a storyteller’s charm\, a distiller’s insight\, and the warmth of someone who’s always glad you showed up. \nJoining him is David McNicoll\, whiskey expert\, entertainer\, and yes\, a proud Scotsman (we like a bit of rivalry with our whiskey\, so we won’t hold that against him). \nTogether\, they’ll guide a full whiskey tasting—four pours and four courses\, each introduced through a cocktail along with stories\, flavor notes\, and the kind of banter you can only get from two friends on opposite sides of the Irish Sea. \nEach pour is paired with a course that’s built around the same whiskey\, creating a dinner that’s layered\, rich\, and deeply satisfying. Think smoked salmon salad kissed with a zesty vinaigrette. Grilled tenderloin with a bold\, spiced finish.
